Straight Axle Kit

I was looking at National Tire and Wheels Web Site and found their straight axle conversion kit for Broncos, Bronco IIs, Rangers, and Explorers! It' fairly expensive but you can get all the pre-made brackets and a complete axle from them and not have to worry about fabricating pieces. The site is Dead Link Removed

Its a decent kit but for the bang for your buck it doesn't allow any more flex then the stock TTB. At least from the reviews I have read. BUT it would be a GREAT starting point for a conversion such as this. Put this in, get to its limitations and then start upgrading. But at that point your going to spend more money again so you might as well go talk to a fab shop where often times they can do something like this better and cheaper in the first place.
