Stronger steel bumper make

Looking for a way to either get a steel bumper both rear and front for my 2000 ford explorer sport I was thinking either make a new custom bumper or try and find one but idk if I could find one would someone be able to gimmie some blueprints of something so I could make one I wanna put the tube guard and my winch on it too I need help with this project

How much would you want just the front bumper for

I've got about $435 in steel into the front bumper, but I would sell it for $375. I'll transport it for 50 cents per mile one way.

The bumper is grade 50 3/16 thick steel so it is stronger than normal 1018 steel with 30ksi yield. The tow points (.5" reinforced with 3/16") go all the way through the bumper and are used to bolt through the frame of the truck for mounting. It is definitely strong enough to mount a winch to, but you will need to trim the trucks grill to mount one, and possibly add a little to the bumper. My intent in building it was to keep it tucked up and out of the way to keep a good approach angle. It also continues under the truck protecting the radiator like a skid plate.
