So since swapping out my driver's side hydraulic tensioner my X has been sputtering when trying to accelerate up hill. At the same time I swapped plugs and wires. Yesterday I pulled my plugs and wires to inspect and check the gap and things got worse. I currently have a top speed of 50 mph. Anytime I attempt to accelerate my truck starts to hesitate and buck. Today it threw out a P0455 code. Any ideas where I should start? I'm thinking I may have to pull the upper intake manifold again and make sure everything is still connected properly. Other wise I have no idea...Any help?

So I dug into my motor for another wire and plug change. I pulled two cracked plugs and one split wire out of my truck. It's running pretty good now.
