suggestions on next mods?

looking for suggestions on what mods are worth it on the sohc 4.0 4x4
i have the dual flows,k&n panel filter, enlarged the air box hole, synthetic motor oil. But wonder if there was a tb or intake or chip that was worth changing?

put synthetics in your rear diff, tranny and transfer case.

Also a tranny cooler and filter

What about plugs and wires?
