I was over cruising around on www.rangerforum.com and it appears that a guy by the name of Brian McKelvey has a 2001 Ranger with a 4.0L SOHC with an an Eaton(?) supercharger. I think he built the kit the himself. I just thought I would share to see if anyone is interested in attempting it on thier Exploiter. I'm not sure on hp or torque numbers.

There's a guy here with a supercharged explorer named "SPLAT". From what I've read it's pretty quick too, I do believe his name is Alec.

Yup, I have the OHV though. From what I see about what Brian did on his SOHC, it's very similar to my setup. He just did a lot of it himself instead of buying the BBK kit for the OHV. I've been saying all along that the BBK kit or individually bought parts can be adapted to the SOHC with a competent machinist, but no one seemed to be interested in doing it themselves.

The only thing about his setup is I don't know if he recalibrated the computer or got a chip. My kit came with a secondary computer to regulate all necessary blower, fuel, and ignition functions. Also, his setup doesn't have as good of a wastegate system as mine from what I saw.
