surge when accelerating!!

I've developed a surge when I accelerate. It feels like it is not getting a good flow of fuel or something any suggestions? Maybe fuel filter or EGR valve. how about o2 sensor? Thanks Gene
 






You may try cleaning your MAS. Mine did something similar but between 40 and 55 MPH. Everything was fine after cleaning it.
