Suspension help on '03!

Hi all- I have an '03 XLT, recently installed Eibach prokit springs. After a few days, I have noticed a pretty loud squeaking from the rear, and a little from the front. Installation is correct, but what gives?

I assume they affect the ride height? Could they have moved the swaybars to a point that they aren't "used to" in the bushings? You could try lubing them up to see if it makes a difference. Just a guess, and a bump
