For a 2" yes, that's about all you can find for suspension. You can get up to a 3" body lift and then there are a lot of options for some larger suspension lifts. There's the Superlift, expensive 4" lift. I'm not sure about doing a front lift on a Spring Over Axle. And there's the Solid Axle Swap for the front which basically will lift it anyways. But those last few are expensive and time consuming. A nice cheap and easy way to lift it is the Torsion Twist and Shackles. Just be sure to get an alignment and never lift the front more than 2" if you have 4 wheel drive.
