Suspension Part broken?

I have been getting a lot of "popping" noise from the front passenges side of my 2000 explorer XLT When that wheel would go over a bump. I descided to look under that side, and there is a metal pipe right infront of the axel boot that looks like it is connected to the control arm, and goes up, and should be connected to what I guess is the sway bar. If its not the sway bar, it is the bar that us like a big "u" that goes across the from fram rail to each wheel. What is the part that is no longer connected.

Any help would be great

Ford recalled these trucks because of the broken links.

oretty easy to replace, dealer part is like $25

Thanks for the quick reply. I would have searched if I had known what the part was. It looked easy enough to replace, Bolt on top, bolt on bottom. Unless I'm missing something.
