Found some info from Sven Pruitt at Vanir on the 4.0l power board about TB & MAS sizing (throttle body and mass airflow sensor). Basically he says that for the street engine the 63mm TB and a MAS 110% larger than the TB (the 70mm) are the combo. A few here have asked a bunch of questions about it so I thought it may be useful to some.

That's what I have on my truck now. When talking to Sven, he said that you really shouldn't go any larger on the TB unless you are forcing air into the engine (turbo/blower). He mentioned something about not enough flow would be generated with a larger TB. Sven really knows his stuff, if you can get thru to him on the phone....
