So we're off again to Goliad, Texas where there is an old air strip for running the standing mile.

After our escapades tuesday at the 1.8 mile closed course for final testing and tuning (I'll let Johnstone insert muddy GT500/4x4 picture here) I got everything cleaned up and loaded down for the 150 mile trip to just outside San Antonio, Texas.

Our goal this weekend is to see if we can push an areodynamic brick to 200mph in the standing mile.

Equipped with 737rwhp on pump gas a wing and a blessing, we're gonna push the GT500 to it's limits in the mile run.

Today the Ford GT Forum member's are running and if we get there in time I'll get you all some shots, Rick with the GTX1 will be there, and had his OTHER GTX1 shipped in also.

Join on along with our adventures and we head out one more time!!

700+rwhp + Rain = Ooooooops!

Took about 30min to extract the coupe from it's off road adventure, then another hour to clean the track, and the use of a fire hose to get the car clean enough to get it back out on the track and keep flogging it for the rest of the day.

What I want to know is,-----Are you doing all this for fun or work?

Seems like you guys have been on the road for a month or so.

Either way, I am as jealous as an 8 yr old watching his kid brother opening up the present I wanted to get. :)

This is all for work, as some of you may know, this is the blending of two great companies SVOC and Ryckman Motorsports, we are setting standards for our quality workmanship, service, installs, and future vehicle build packages that will be unveiled next spring, to directly compete against the Shelby Terlingua, and Shelby Super Snake.

So what you may see as fun is actually a lot of work going on behind the scene, as said before I hope you all are enjoying our adventures to try and build a reputation as being able to handle the work loads set before us, and reliable performance applications that work.

(Rick H. call me on my cell if there is an issue)

Anyone who is in the Goliad surrounding areas that want to come out and observe the fun, please come out in person and join us, Lori and Johnstone will be out saturday to see us along, and the cost of admission is only a mere $10 we love to have you out and see your faces, located just a little west of Victoria, Texas.

BTW as were are traveling down 183 South we just got passed but two Ford GT's in Gulf Blue and orange.

I did bring the web cam, and I MAY hook it up and turn it on :P

I'm sorry for dropping the vid signal, but we are out in BFE, but we're here and the signal is low, but we're still on.

So keep checking back we'll be on as much as I can make it happen!

I'd love to have the Mach out there to see how fast I could get it to go. Highest I've seen so far is 155 and ran out of straight road before I ran out of motor.
