thm headers problems with gaskets??

i have a 2000 mountaineer with a 5.0 and a set of thm headers. has any one had issues with going through exhaust gaskets??

mine seems to be leaking and seems to be geting worse. sound bad, the gaskets on there are about a year old. it is ticking driving me crazy

When you put them on, did you retorque the bolts after 1 heat cycle?

Yes I made sure I checked them. But has there been any issues with gaskets blown out

Yes and it has been discussed in the Header threads. Try a set of fel pro gaskets for your year of truck. Try fel pro MS95954 and put the waxy side out
