Time for a water pump replacement?

Looks like its time for the dreaded water pump replacement. 2016 Explorer Sport with about 130K on it.

Any mechanics in the Raleigh, NC area interested in this job?

I'm sure there are many. It pays ~15 hours, but a good tech can get it done in half that, which means it should be a job they're enthusiastic about. Call around.

Is that leak getting into the oil supply?
