As I wrote in title, I have stock Explorer 96 EB AWD with 15'' stock rims.
Stocks were 235/75 R15 A/T

I need to know what the correct measurements of biggest tires should be..
I don't want to make them chafe to body.

+ If I use rims for offroad 15/8 -20 or -30 ET, can I use bigger tires? suggestions?

Thanks for answers...

I think the largest tires people use on stock 2nd gens is a 31" tire.
I think the first place the larger tire will rub is on the bottom outer fender well on the front wheels when turning.

Could be wrong, but that's what I've been led to think.

A lot of member have fit 31x10.5x15 with no problems. I think a few had some rubbing issues though.

as it seems I need to level up. it seems a bit low-ride.

Thanks for the answers.
