I just put LT265/70/17 Dick Cepek FC2 tires on my X and I was wondering what tire pressure should I be running. The max on the tire is 80psi and I have read other places to take 10% off that and run your pressure there but that s about 74psi and it seems really high. I run 75 in my F-250 with the exact same size tire and that is a much heavier truck.... So my question is to you guys who run LT tires what pressure do you use?

there's probably a tire load inflation table you can get from the manufacturer that would help.

A rough way of figuring it that might get you in the ballpark is this:

That tire is a load range E rated for 3195 lbs at 80 psi.

Your truck probably weighs around 5000 lbs with you and the usual typical stuff in it with a full tank of gas, so divide that by 4 and you get 1250 lbs on each tire.

1250 lbs is about 40 percent of 3195 lbs, so 40 percent of 80 psi = 32 PSI

That's probably a bit low, so try 35-40 psi and see how the sidewalls look and how it rides.
