You could fit 32's under there with the TT and shackles. I recently took my shackles off because of a vibration via the steering wheel at 20mph while accelerating. It really isn't that noticable with mudders on, but I noticed it none the less. The shackles give and incorrect driveshaft angle which causes the vibration.

I have installed a '00 Ranger 3" bodylift and was able to fit 33" tires on 15x8 rims with a 3.25" backspace and a slight trim job. The brushguard is would be a ***** to lift though.

The stock 16x7's have about a 4.5" backspace. If you really want a bigger tire, get some cheap 15" rims with a smaller backspace. This will bring the wheel out an inch or so. This will let the tire clear the swaybar. You will have to trim the front and rear of the front well a slight bit.

The shackles will void any warranty items pertaining to the rear suspension and driveshaft. I already delt with this at my dealer and it's a pain. You won't be able to get an alignment at a Ford dealer either with the torsion twist.
