Tire Size??

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer that is running 255/70R16 tires; it's becoming wintertime and I have a pair of studded tires that are 235/85R16... now, the question is, will they fit? There is no lift on my explorer... everything is stock...

Not much of a difference in height you should be ok. The skinny tire should be better in the snow as well.
