tires for 22's

I have tires on my X right now they are 265-35r22. I want a want a bigger tire that fills in the space in the wheel well. I was checking online and the next largest tires is only a 40. Will that look good or should i go with 275-45's?

I use 285/35/22... That will give you a wider wheel and a taller sidewall (although only by about 1/4").

265/40/22 will give you 1/2" more sidewall

275/45's will be 1.2" bigger

On mine, 275/45's would rub for sure... 265/40's might, but thats not a wide enough look for me.
