The key is just the arm which allows an adjustment of the torsion bar preload. They are probably the same part on those Rangers, you wouldn't change anything. If you need to go up or down with the ride height, more than available, you can buy lifting or lowering keys.
I paid about $90 for a pair of new keys from Total Perfomance. I am rebuilding my front suspension soon, and I want to avoid using my stock key upside down(flipped). The two lowering keys that I bought will give me a different range of ride heights, I will be able to adjust both adjustment bolts as designed. Good luck,
