Hello all,
I have a 3 month old 2014 Ford Explorer Limited. Today, for no apparent reason, the touchscreen went black. That eliminated my bluetooth, radio, navigation, etc. This happened after the service department closed, so I sent a text to my salesman. He told me to disconnect the black contact on my battery for three minutes, which would reset the system. It worked, but I really won't be happy if this is a recurrent problem.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
