I have a Q for you guys. I have a 96XLT 4x4 with the 4.0 and need to tow with it. I have inherited my grandparent's 1964 Datsun Fairlady Roadster and need to pull it home on a trailer. I live in SW Missouri and the car is in central TX. The car is about 1900lbs and the trailer is around 2K i think. I know the X has the power, but what about the tranny? I have 122K on the X also. I have a receiver hitch so I think it is within the tow rating.
