Just a quick note to you guys. The computer is dead. Wont be on for a few days, no email no nothing. Oh well, Later.

Hey Riff, did you get it? How is it? Come on, comments please. You're still gonna trailer your baby west?
I'm still waiting now for all the snow to melt. My trip to OKC is imminent. Got to go and pick up that toy, yeah, I know Riff, it's been like four months already that I've been trying to do it. Well, spring, spring, spring.........

Later,

On that note Kampy, no e-mail so you probably din't get my message. Don't worry about the lift then. We will figure everything when the time comes.

As far as locker goes, well I might give it a few thoughts before making my mind.

Later,

OOH YEAH!!! this Ram ROCKS!!!! i just need to get a big ass hitch now....then it will be all set!!!

For Illinois: Cam? What about me? Can I join?

For Moab: Kampy and I are going to be leaving the morning of the 16th, and taking the drive in 2 days. We wanted to get there for Fridays run, so we could hit the famouse Double Whammy and Golden Crack. So we should be getting the sometime around 10 on Thursday night. Im pulling him and me on a trailer, so thats why we're heading together. We will hopefully stop in Oakley, KS to sleep. From there its about a 10 hour drive to Moab. Then we will be leaving monday morning, and just probably reversing the trip. But we may drive further than Oakley on the way home. Anyone interested in a convoy? Keep in mind, though, that im gonna have to drive a little different through the mountains, because im hauling close to 11000 lbs. Anybody else want to run with us?

We're back up again, Andre, got the email tonight when I got the new comp hooked up.

Scott, we need to talk about this trip to moab. Email me and set up a time for this weekend.

Riff and Kampy, I'm in for the convoy. You guys did know I was going right? I was planning on leaving the same day(16th) to be there buy thurs night. I plan to stay thru the weekend and leave tuesday, that is unless there aren't any runs set up for Monday. If not, I'm leaving Mon morning.

yeah, matt....we didn't forget about you, i just 1) figured you would want to go faster than i can go, and 2) just wanted to make sure tom knew what we were doing.

Kampy...i may be up around that area this weekend, anyway...but ill let you know for sure...

It might be nice to drive together although I might take I-80 too. I'll have to look closely at my map.

Later,

Im going to be up in the chicago-land area this weekend. I am delivering some tires to pete on saturday, and was thinking maybe of just a lunch get together or somthing. I know its kind of late notice, but would anybody be interested that? any place is good for me, i like driving...especially my pull rig now!! lol....

anyway...if its too short of notice thats cool too, but just holler out if anyone wants to meet up.

Hey I'm there just somebody name a place and a time and you can expect me there!

Wanna Go, Can I?

O.k. I have read this thread from beginning to end and I want to go to ATTica! I have a 98 Sport 2WD stock right now. I will hopefully be getting a torsion twist and warrior shacle job done here in the next month or two. I don't have big tires(Dayton Timberland A/Ts on stock 15" rims). Will I be able to go to Attica and have fun?

It might be pretty dificult wheeling in a 2WD truck there. Most of the trails require not only a 4WD but also a lift, bigger tires and lockers. A winch is a plus. Attica is not just a flat open field. It's hills, sand, water, mud, trees, rocks and a ****load of other very interesting things. It's fun, but to enjoy it you need a set of nice "wheels". Rich (RichSport94) went to Attica but only as a passenger since he owns a 2WD truck. You're always welcome to join one of us on any of the runs but as far as taking your truck there, I would advise not to.

Just my opinion.

Lately someone had mentioned that Ford is giving Explorers away now. Well, Almost. Prices on used ones are pretty good plus they're offering low interest like around 4.9% or something. I'll probably go and check it tomorrow. This might be a good time to buy a daily driver.

Later,

Wife's are kinda cool...

Well, after two very disapointing days at the dealers, I refuse to trade my 98 Sport witch is loaded except for leather and 4WD, for a 97 Sport with nothing but 4WD and power windows and 45k to boot. That is the best deal I could get.
Here is where the wife comes in. She gives me her 99 XLT 4WD SOHC and says she will take the sport and I can do anything I want to it as long as she can still get in it. Aren't wives great sometimes.
