Trans Conversion A4LD to M50D-Help!

I want to convert my auto to a manual in my 91' Explorer 4x4.

Can anyone out there give me the laundry list of mods that I will need to make to make this work?

I understand the two trannies swap perfectly on the crossmemeber and transfer case fittings.

What mods are necessary for the ECU/PCM?

Is there anyone who sells a retrofit or swap kit?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best bet would be to go to a junkyard and strip a manual off a donor. ECU, linkages, crossmembers, etc...
