TRANS FALLS FLAT

I have a 2013 Explorer with the 3.5L with the vortec scorpion trans. When accelerating from say a rolling stop the transmission falls flat on it's face and kicks in and throws me back. One time it red lined the rpms. It has almost caused me to have an accident. Not to mention there is no giddy up go out of this engine unless it is the transmission. I have an ESP with my dealer with a 100 dollar deductible. I bought this certified pre-owned. Shouldn't the dealer have fixed all this under the TSB's that were released. Don't get me started on the carbon monoxide(exhaust smell) when accelerating hard. I am so disappointed with Ford. Anyone else having or had this issue with the trans?

Sounds more like an engine or associated engine part issue than the transmission. It is the engine and not the transmission that supplies the power. As for the TSB question, dealers only perform a TSB if the owner reports a problem. A TSB is not similar to a recall.
