transfer case problem

ok here's the skinny.. i have a 95 xlt 4wd and i replaced both hubs and recently developed a nasty vibration. i couldn't figure it out til today when changing the oil.. i decided to mess with my drive shafts.. the front is nice and firm no play went to the rear drive shafts close to transfer case and i can move it up down left and right its not moving at the u joints but its moving at the tail end of transfer case.. my question is does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix any help would be great thanks

There is an output bearing in the back of the transfer case that goes bad. You need to take apart transfer case to replace bearing.
