Hello,
the truck is an Explorer Sport 2003 4wd, I just purchased a month ago, and I am in the process of going through it, and making it winter ready.
I discovered that I am missing the Tcase weight that is supposed to cover the drain plug while I was replacing the transfer case fluid.
I refer to the weight that connects to the transfer case with 4 bolts.
My questions are:
How will it affect the vehicle if I don't replace it?
I was not able to find the PN, or a place to order one, did anyone replace the weight?
