Hi all. Can anyone tell me where I can buy the hall effect sensors for the transfer box. Ford want an unrealistic price for them. Don't mind second hand ones
Cheers in advance
Fred
Do you have the part number??
If you do then you could try tascaparts.com, a US ford dealer that ships to uk or you could try here if this is the right one but i have never used these guys.
Tasca are cheaper than anywhere else for OE stuff but you have to factor in shipping and VAT and Duty plus my parts took a couple of weeks to get to me mainly because they had to order some in and then Royal Mail arsed me around.
You could search on rock auto or ring them if you have the part number as they will ship quickly to the uk and you can pay in £ and pay the VAT.
Un fortunately i sold a spare 97 transfer box to a member on here a couple of years ago for £20
Chris Quelch may have a used one or Justin at explorerpartsuk might also if you can get hold of him. But for my money if you have the part number and can wait a bit i would ship a new one from the land of the almost free!!!
