I have a '06 Explorer with a leak at the radiator where the transmission line connects driver's side. I'm told ford doesn't sell the fitting, it only comes with a new radiator. This is ridiculous to me, I just replaced the radiator last year which cost $800.00 and I wasn't too happy about. Anyone know of a way to fix this without buying a new radiator?

Try to find someone who still owns his old leaking radiator and unscrew this fitting.
Also a new radiator should be much cheaper than $800. At Rockauto you can get one (only one row!) for around $150.
