I just picked up a Wix filter for my 5.0, and stamped on the back of the filter, as with the FRAM is "Filtran MicroFelt". I was happy to see this, since I could find a FRAM tranny filter, and didn't want to look all over town. Decided to just get a Wix, and that was a bonus when I looked at it. Just another option for those buying a filter.
