Transmission fluid change interval

I found an old thread, but what is a good fluid change interval for a PIU? My transmission is starting shift funny. It’s definitely not smooth. Being the eco boost, the last thing I want is a messed up transmission….I can’t imagine the price to get it repaired.

Transmissions should be drained and refilled every 50k miles. PTUs, if applicable, should be drained and refilled every 30k miles RELIGIOUSLY.
