Transmission Help for Explorer?

I bought an '02 Explorer...and have only put 20K miles on it. The dealer fixed the transmission 3 months after I bought it in october '03. (I purchased in July 03). It started slipping again, i am out of warranty btw, took it in to check it out. They tell me I need a new transmission. I said I put 20K miles on a truck and I have to pay for a new transmission?

No way--I will put complaint into Attorney General's office----

Does anyone have any Ford resources to help? I know transmission shave been a problem for them.

Any other suggestions? Buzzwords to throw at the dealer so they take care of this problem?

Or in a more public place in the dealership say,

Yes i am sorry to hear that you can not help me, b/c my warr. is out, but if you would have fixxed it right the first time we would not yelling at this point be haveing this prob. I hope you do not treat all your other customers in this same way, sir.

Yes it may come to that---I just went to AG's office to get the forms if I need em.
