Transmission issue!!!!!

I just had the solenoid pack in the transmission replaced 5,000 miles ago and i believe it just went out again!!!
It started shifting funny 3rd to 4th gear, like it was stuck in neutral when it was trying to change from 3rd to 4th. It wont change unless i let off the gas. Shortly after that the o/d light started flashing. It did the same thing only 5,000 miles ago. I really like this car, but it would be a perfect ride if ford would fix this sorry excuse of a transmission.

My 05 Explorer is doing the exact same thing right now, only mine is between 2nd & 3rd gear. I dropped the Transmission pan last night to put in a new Solenoid pack, and I found parts of the band in my transmission...
