Transmission problem

I have A 2001 ST Im having some problems with the tranny I have no drive or reverse but if you put it in 1st or 2nd gear it will move, reverse works only if you rev the engine around 3000 rpms. This prob just happened no slipping or anything it was just like i put it in nuetral at 50 mph. This truck has over 200000 miles keep that in mind.

change the filter and use mercron 5 fluid. past that vist a trans shop

overdrive drum,
you can probably get it in reverse if it goes into 1st before reverse

Fluid level is good I have even tried some Lucas additive and still nothing. Im to the point now I'd like to find a used tranny if anyone knows where I can get one . Please let me know..

Did you check to see if the valve body bolts are loose or if the valve body gasket is blown? Check these things before you throw a new transmission into it. The EPC solenoid is probably shot with this kind of mileage.
