So yah... i go to get in my truck the other day [tuesday] and everything turns on, then i turn the ignition to start and... click... click... click... so yah my trucks not going anymore.

I've read the haynes manual and its quite helpful, but i just wandered if anyone else out there has any tricks up their sleeves to help me out.

any help appreciated guys... cheers :uk:

is the clicking soming from under the hood????? you may have a bad batry anr a bad conection some were leading to your starter sylonoid. you hay not have enofe power going to is so you hear the sylinoid kicking back. check your starter conestions. They may not be the best. (this is only if it cranks very slowly or not at all)

thankx man! that was a previous problem.. the positive connections were completely corroded through... makes me wander how many others are... taking the starter solenoids off of my parts truck [a 94 - newer truck for parts???] cause i know they work... so if with a new battery it still doesn't work i'll switch stuff around trying to make it fire...

i heard something abuot a grounding wire maybe corroded... so if u know whaything about that... lol

cheers :uk:
