Truck won't start!

hey everyone!

i'm havnig a real problem with my truck, i was driving up the trail to the cottage and it just died... nothing out of the ordinary, i didn't stall it it just died... So i've gone and replaced the fuel pressure regulator as to someones idea on here... and i have replaced the fuel pump because that fix didn't work, now it still won't work... i've also noticed its blowing the #18 fuse under the dash pretty much whenever i turn the key... is this connected?

the truck starts if you spray 'quick start' in the inlet and runs for a few seconds but it quickly dies...

if anyone, anyone at all can help me out then please please please! i'm all ears!

did you check the fule cut off switch on the floor board under the glove box?
and what does #18 fuse go to?

Did you check your fuel pump relay, PCM relay, and ground connections? Do you see a check engine light when you turn your key to the accessory position?

When you turn the key to the ON position, you should hear the fuel pump prime for a second or 2. If not, then you probably have a fuel delivery problem. Also, was it blowing the fuse before you replaced the fuel pump?

Don't forget the fuel filter.
