ok, thanks for the quick response and keeping us posted :)

Not sure if this is something that has already been discussed, but is this something that comes with the air filter and all, or is it something that can be used for people that already have a KKM?

if you already have a kkm, you can buy it separately. most of use already have the kkm (which im sure youre aware of.) ;)

>Just discovered this thread because she was about to go out and blow $232 on a K&N FIPK 2 and wisely did a search first<

Is there going to be any signifigant difference between a K&N FIPK2 and the KKm? I only have a the drop in filter and I'd like to get something SOON-- before I lose any future races with 98FordX24 :D (or spend my tax return on something silly, like bills  )

LOL, yeah really! Or, like in my case, a wedding. YIKES!

If the price is right

If the price is right and they make them for the 1st generation Explorers I am in. It seems us first Generation Explorer owners get the shaft when it comes to after market parts for our trucks all the cool street parts are for the newer model Explorers. Or you pay an arm and a leg for certain parts. For offroad trucks there is a lot of parts available but for us who don't go off road we get screwed. I know the best solution to this is make your truck an off road truck. No thanks, I have no trails by me and it is costly if you break something.:D

Well, in that case I should be nervous. You've got 4:10's and I've got an extra 500lbs or so. But, I know I can drive better than you... :p

>snf snff< I smell a challenge! :D

So, where are we standing with getting a tube made for the KKM? About when in Spring?
