How much TT has any one tried or done on a 2wd I have the B code bars and I am curious as to how ruff it would be if I went past 2".

Crank it up and try it! Cheers!

Go as far as your comfort level is. Then twist more and find out. Can also put longer bolts in to go higher. (Which I did for a while) just really rough on IFS components. Think I have pictures in a thread I did. 98xlt spindle and soa project

The higher you go the more your ride will start feeling like a wagon. There's a lot of threads already about this. I have mine about 3/4 of the way cranked and its pretty stiff and bumpy.

Not necessarily, just your control arms slam on your frame time to time

As long as you dont have AWD, you can go all the way until you max out. Your ride will be stiff in the beginning but it will mellow out

i have the AWD, and just as an experiement, i have them cranked almost 3in.
for 2 months now, AND NO PROBLEMS......

i did however, slightly mod. the boots, and changed them out with a harder
plastic urethane kind of boots, not the rubber ones that come OE....

everything is super, no problems thus far....(i check them daily for wear)

:salute:

It isn't the boot that is the problem, the joints inside are going to be at a pretty high angle, which will shorten the life of the components.
