Turn signal lights

I'm trying to figure out why my left turn lights (front and Rear and left dash indicator) come on when the brake pedal is depressed on my 2000 Explorer. Turn signal on left side works normal when activated.

Check the ground circuit at the brake light on the left side. If it is open, the brake light may be jumping to the tail (parking) light circuit at the rear, then the turn signal circuit at the front to find a ground.
