So a we finally got my truck back on the ramp the other day to take a look at what my truck actually did. Some may remember we had the ramp at out T-haven event in Oct. 2007. I measured everyones but my own, so there was question to as if mine was correct. Anyway I also converted the number into a 20* ramp (ours is 30*) to see where thing would end up for everyone.

Enjoy

Dave's truck was not there and Matt was still on leafs...but he cheated, because he had no front shocks at the time:p:

Still pretty crazy numbers for explorers:thumbsup:

When we ran mine back up on the ramp last weekend. I still had a 1/2" of travel left in the rear shock, so I guess I got that one right:D:thumbsup:

Just for the record, that astounding 5" was in my dad's stock 3rd gen 2wd. :) I'm interested to see how my mountaineer would do.

I think My current front end flexes more then I did with leafs. Actually I feel the front has to much travel right now.I t has gotten me in to a bit of trouble a few times that a few less inches of travel would not have. I also have wheel spacers on the front and rims with less back spacing now that makes it wider which would give me more travel.
