If you check out either my registry or my restoration link, it'll give some info on easy ways to remove and install them. Quick low down: Use an OTC or other brand u-joint/ball joint press to remove the bushing sleeve, use a 3/8" drill bit to remove the rest of the rubber, sand down the inside, make sure to lube the crap out of the new ones with grease specifically designed for poly bushings (Daystar also sells poly bushing lube) and then use the ball joint press to install the new bushing and sleeve.
Ignore the fact that it says 91-98 only, it'll work on any second gen Explorer as well as first gen Sport Tracs.
