I'm guessing that the intake manifolds are totally different but I figure someone on here would know for sure.

Yeah, Ocotillo, Anza Borrego, Imperial Sand Dunes (Gordens Wells, Glamis) and Death Valley are where I like to wheel.

There is a trip coming up in a few weeks to Ocotillo I believe. You should see if you can make it. Check out offroadrangers.com There are quite a few socal members that go offroading to the local deserts.

Once the 'Ploder is complete I'll be wheeling and at the River.

i have a friend who owns a repair/hotrod shop he said its nearly impossible to put a 5.0 tb on a 4.O and that you would need serious intake mods i put visiting escondido on my list of places not to visit, theres enough night bicycle ridin tweeks here

oh yeah dont trust my last post my mechanic is also the guy who tightened my buddies rear diff yoke to 160 lbs and left it also my front wheel bearing at close 60 ft lbs so hes a real prize, but he is good with motors
