V8 Transfer case Question

Did all of the 5.0 4r70W combinations come with an AWD transfer case or did any of them come with 2/4 hi and 4lo case?

They only came 2WD, and AWD, no true 4 wheel drive was available from the factory. But you can get 4x4 with low range by putting in a BW4406 case out of an f-150. If you search for 4406 swap you should find tons of info and write ups.
