Waiting on my call

I am waiting on my very first call from a mechanic after paying the fee to get an answer to my question regarding a loud low growling sound that is coming from my 2016 four-wheel-drive Explorer platinum. I was chatting with a mechanic assistant and had to wait for a verification code from my bank and order from my card to be accepted. When I never received a notification from the bank I ended up having to call them. I tried going back to let him know what the delay was but the website wouldn’t let me. I started new with a female assistant but it had me re-enter all of my information I have everything completed now,have joined your website, and paid the fee… Where do I go from here? Should I post the details about my car again or is there a way for someone to pull up a previous discussion

Who did you call and pay? This is a forum, not a paid mechanical service…

If you gave anyone codes that were sent to you from your bank, you’ve had your bank account compromised.

What’s the phone number? I’ll dummy up and call them. Where was the number from so I can play along. Pop up? Google ad?
