n/s is near side in the uk so in the US that would be drivers side but as we drive on the other side its the passenger side, simple really

Never seen a Northface Explorer that I know of. We have Eddie Bauer's. I have a Northface jacket but not one of the competitors, SouthButt.:biggthump
