Warm, NOT hot?

I live in Winnipeg and it is -50 c I have a 2000 4x4 Sport. When the heat is turned to hot all the way, I only get warm air and the temp guage never seems to move much past the letter "C". Any ideas? Need heat ASAP!

Check the thermostat sounds like it might be stuck .

Themostat is probably the best place to start... In those extreme cold temps. fan clutches can stick on also.
