Water streaks below windows

This past winter beat up on my X pretty bad. I have water streak marks down the sides of my car right beneath the black modling under the window. I put some pictures up but it's kind of hard to see. Any suggestions on what I can do to get rid of them and keep them from coming back?

go the the store and get Meguiars #9 "swirl remover", it is actually a polish. This stuff works awesome and will get those right out, after you use it wax what you just polished and you will be lookin like new again. This whole process with be shortened if you have access to a rotary buffer with a foam polishing pad for the polish part of the process.
