water under carpet

hey all got a 03 xlt sport found water under the back mat behind drivers seatanyone have this issue are know where it could be coming from?

I do not have an 03 sport but when I pulled the carpet out of my 97 xlt to put in my body lift, I noticed a few factory drilled holes in the floor that were not plugged. I plugged them and now do not have any leaks. Hope this helps.
