Ok--I replaced the rear cable regulator and motor on drivers side rear door with the newer gear driven. The window goes up and down great when using the rear switch. When you use the front switch, it works great up and down---unless you go all the way down. Then the window will not go up with front switch--it will still go up fine using the rear switch. It is weird--works fine using front until you go all the way down. When all the way down, the lights dim when you hit the front switch. Then it blew the power window fuse. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My guess is that when the window is all the way down it is somehow pinching the wire that is coming into the door from the front controls, and it's either being pulled out of a connection, a break in the wire is being separated, or it's being arched. I'd take off the inner door panel and watch as you roll the window all the way down. See if you can tell what's going on.

Great suggestion--exactly the problem. when the window was all the way down, it was hitting the wires, causing front not to work. Got all the wires out of the way and secured, works great! Thanks for the help.
