What do you set the odometer to?

When you do an engine swap what are you supposed to set the odo to? The vehicle you put the engine in, the new engine, or what?

I'd keep it with the recipient vehicle but record the mileage of the donor vehicle and the swap mileage.

Cool, that is what i was thinking. The donor engine has 97k and the vehicle has 66k.
