im going with a custom 3" body lift and running 33x12.50 mt on a 15"x10" rim on my '94 xlt 4x4.... please reply

Please do a little bit of research.

33 12.50s on 15x10 rims with only a 3" body lift will rub seriously without fairly major trimming.

your going to need at least 2 inches of suspention lift. A 4 inch suspention lift would be the best to add on to get the 33's underneith. Search "shackels", "AAL" and "coil spacers" and if you do those you could probibly get the 33's w/15x10 under there with moderate trimming. The best would be to use 15x8 wheels with 3.75 backspacing

buddy of mine just put a 3 bl on his 93 ranger...... did very little trimming and and is running 33x12.50 trxus a/t.................. 2wd!

A Ranger isn't an Explorer, Rangers can usually fit slightly larger tires with the same amount of lift.

explorers have a little different suspention than rangers (yes even the earlier ones) but there is alot less room on an explorer. If you think you can fit them then do the body lift and try to get 33's under there. If it works more power to ya but you asked for advise so we are giving it to ya.

Rangers have alot less weight, explorers have a different leaf pack and wider chassies in the rear.

cool, thanks......... where can i get coil spacers from? i wouldnt mind putting them in the front and warrior shackles in the back

i beleive you can get the coil spacers from a mid 90's F150 2wd but your gonna have to search on that one
